Meghan Markle was seen with an anti-stress patch on her arm near Montecito home, as she walked through a parking lot with a bodyguard close to her side.

She wore a coat from Max Mara worth $1,625, white slacks, a Hermes shawl which costs $1,225 and the shoes are Chanel.

Also notable was the Nucalm stress patch on her left arm. The patches, which cost $80 for a pack of 20, are said to provide "resonance and frequencies", as well as a sensation of calmness. The calming device "activates the parasympathetic nervous system" so that its user can have a "rapid return to a functional state (motor skills, attention, and full cognition) with no lingering effects or mental lethargy", according to the product's website.
